K30TA-ANSI-PC02 (GREEN) ChokerBiner

These Chokerbiners are our standard K30TA-ANSI but what makes them unique is the colouring. In an exclusive collaboration with Vertical Supply Group (Treestuff) in USA we developed a brightly coloured but hardwearing coating.

Usually steel karabiners are zinc plated gold/yellow to meet the Standards requirements for corrosion resistance. Its actually very difficult to paint them bright colours as the temperature involved with powder coating significantly affects the zinc plate. AHL has worked with a specialist company to develop an extremely tough undercoat over which powder coat can be applied without compromising the
corrosion resistance. Therefore, steel karabiners can now be custom powder coated according to most RAL colour schemes (MOQs apply)

Our Chokerbiners have been tested in a way that replicates choke-hitching/girth-hitching around tree limbs and have been approved for that use with a de-rated WLL based on an MBS of 40kN (5:1 recommended)
